High hopes

 It was Herbert who heard that Henry had high hopes for the hotel.

This silly sentence practises the /h/ sound. Be careful, the h in English is soft and breathy, there is no direct contact in it, unlike the Spanish "jota" or the Greek X.

Tongue-twisters

Today's tongue-twister is Roberta ran rings around the Roman ruins. Yesterday was Cool, clean and quite clever. Tomorrow's will be Brad Pitt bought very bad wine.
